I stumbled across a review of this machine (and this thread) today. I have no right to want one, but OMG I WANT ONE. Id like the new all black on though :-) . As a car nut (as well as a coffee nut) this thing really appeals, its so bespoke, so cool.
Time to look down the back of the lounge for lost change.

More than welcome to come have a play if i get it Matt ... ill trade for a play with your roaster?
P.S. Hope you can run fast hahahaha
He may not need to run, CD. Looks like you can pretty much put the Speedster into gear and drive away in it. That machine is a work of art... definitely bespoke...
Thats good. I was down in Ballina with the family about a month ago and happened past Evolution. It was getting late, the staff were busy taking dinner orders and the kids were tired so we didnt stay for a coffee. A shame but maybe next time were down there.
I forgot to add the Speedster would be pretty close to the top of the list of machines I would dearly love to have. I hope you manage to lay your hands on this one.

Yes, been on the bench for just over a week, plumbed in for last 3 days. Build quality and finish simply stunning. In the cup exceeding expectations, looking forward to the single origins roasted couple of days ago and resting.
