    Re: La Scala Eroica

Quite often you will find your coffee supplier will be able to help out there on the service front. If your stuck give 9Bar a call they may do a regular run to Bendigo.

On the coffee thing dont get suckered into signing supply contracts with "free" stuff. Try a bunch of different ones, and consider if YOUR customers will like it. Critical make sure it is fresh, dont leave it in the doser or the hopper ground as a lot of pubs do  :P

    Nice looking machine too

hi, am new girl on the block.. Have recently purchased a second hand La Scala Eroica Lever Model for our pub that we are soon to take over near Bendigo Vic.  Can anyone help with a good technician regarding setup, servicing etc of this machine?
    thanks

The best person to do the set-up and every day servicing is YOU..

However you need to get some hands on and some understanding that making good coffee is not up to teh machine...

1: Good quality BEANS.. Fresh roasted ones

    2: Good quality Grinder...

3: A user with some understanding

4: Machine to do what you want it to do.

I would suggest you contact the site sponsors and one or two might be able to provide some assistance / support / training.
