Hi I am not a sponsor so I will do my best not to promote my own best interest in this post.
An alternate model for your consideration would be a carimali armonia, if you type in that name into your browser you will find severala distributors, a very good machine with very little milk foaming challenges
best wishes

Re: Franke Pura Fresco v Jura Impressa X9
Welcome to CS Knightysmith.
I supplied an extensive reply to this topic yesterday and it seems to be one of the many posts that fell off the server when Andy was doing some work on it yesterday arvo....apology accepted.
So to cut to the chase:
Dont know if anyone in here has any experience in the Franke Pura Freso......(Wayne???).
The Jura X9 is a very good good machine for the purpose and we have sold heaps out into the office market. It seems to have but one achilles heel and that is that you must keep the milk frothing circuit scrupulously clean.
Whatever machine you buy, note that someone on staff MUST take on repsonsibility for management of the unit and be the point of contact with the supplier. This is to build a good knowledge base and manage the machine properly in situ.
The only other thing to mention is that machines that offer more than only coffee have a greater acceptance in the market. That is my experience. So if you can find a machine that does more than just coffee your co workers / management may love you more for it! Drinking Chocolate is definitely the favourite extra, so a machine that does espresso and milk well, and also offers atleast one cannister for powdered ingredients like chocolate is usually a winner.
If that is the case it will knock out the X9 as it only does coffee. Depends on the requirements of the office concerned.
You really need to ask advice of someone that specialises in the field of office coffee, as the plethora of equipment available is not all equal in quality of product or reliability in service...and dealing with a supplier local to you is a must for service backup over time.
If you are in the Canberra area, we will be very pleased to assist.
Rgdz,
Attilio

Even if they put in Kees van der Westen coffee machines I think theyd still be searching.

Do they still do the filter coffee? A fresh brewed pot of that was far better than anything Ive had from them that had an espresso base.

If no one has anything to offer then no one will post. There arent many super-auto experts on this site.

Franke Pura Fresco v Jura Impressa X9
Hi everyone,
I am acquiring a fully auto machine for business purposes and have narrowed the selection down to either of the options in the subject line.
If anyone has an opinion or experience with either of these machines, your advice would be very useful.
If you have other suggestions, that would be great to. I understand that auto machines may not be the choice for coffee aficionados, but our office really needs a fully auto machine that can handle large capacity, hence these options.
Thanks team. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Tags: None
