and second, I certainly think that some of the comments by other members earlier in this thread were inappropriate and uncalled for. Hopefully, those responsible are duly apologetic.
      Agree!

It reads bad and I do hope that those that were so rude have the decency to say sorry (online or offline).

      Please play nice

        I too agree with Chopinhauer.

We all have opions and as such should be respected.

        Welcome back Claraflo ..

You also have the power to edit posts in the first 24 hours following their first posting...

Cremina owners with the anti-vac cap: does your cap bubble whilst the element is on?

It seems mine bubbles a lot whilst the tank is getting up to pressure, and then stops when it is at pressure, although occasionally it continues to bubble which makes me think it may not be working properly?

Also sometimes it bubbles whilst the element is on and getting the pressure up again. When I steam milk and the pressure starts to drop it starts bubbling again...

            Any thoughts?

Not sure anyone has been labelled a prima donna for making a typo mate.....polly prissy pants maybe (just kidding).

Mine arrived today (Thanks to SniffCoffee for an absolute bargain!)

Wow, wow, wow. Beautiful espresso on the second attempt and I really feel that this is the ultimate travel machine.

Much, much more playing to do and I 'm sure it's going to keep me fascinated for a long time.

They are exxy, but what a jewel! Love it already.

Good on ya, Chris! Good to hear.

The Cremina punches way above its weight. It is a pity that they are relatively expensive for their size and simplicity...as a result most people dismiss them as over-priced...and never get to try one. The truth of it is that due to their well-thought-out design and brilliant execution in manufacturing, they are more-or-less a lifetime investment.
