    Sounds perfect. The pressure on your gauge is measured before the restrictor in the group, so there will be a small pressure drop at the puck due to there being outflow through the coffee at that point.

    Is this normal? If I let the water run out without the handle it runs at 9bar but when I am making coffee it goes to 9bar but then hits 10bar before the coffee starts pouring and just stays at 10bar.
