Rancilio z9/dl with twin pressure reserves

Ok now I have your attention, I just brought this machine as a project. Im petty sure I have just dived in the deep end.A quick calculation converts It to a whoping 27amp power drain.
It was built in nov 87 and bee in storagefor the last 20years
My question is how do I unhook most of the elements and what do the switchs do?
