  • la marzocco GB5 AV 3 Group price?

Can anybody tell me the actual price of la marzocco GB5 AV 3 Group?

Some distributor offer 15% discount as an asking price, but I am still not sure their bottom line (the bottom price).

    Anybody know about that?

hi loganxi and welcome to CS.

It's all relative. Where are you located? Are you paying cash? Are you using an in-house rent/ buy?

Are you using an external rent/ buy or finance?

Are you in a roaster supply relationship for coffee?

Are you seeking to establish a roaster supply relationship for machinery?

Are you buying 1, 5 or more?

    15% off what retail price?

    Have you 'shopped around' ?

You mustn't be trying hard enough. I'd be asking for 40%.

              WOW Thanks

Do you know any distributor can do around that price? I will definitely buy it at 35% off.

Bro - he's toying with you. Talk to a few distributors and see what they can offer, then you'll understand the relative value and determine how much you value your relationship with the distributor you're going to purchase from. In my experience (which is not coffee related experience unfortunately) it's never ultimately about the final price of the machine - the most important thing is the relationship you foster with the distributor across the future of your business. Don't just go fishing for % off, it's the wrong way to go about it.
