Problems with intake of water mid-extraction!

Hey there, so I primarily am working on expobars. This is a megacrem 3 group, and it happens frequently/

ive got a coffee on, and mid-extraction the intake pump fires to let more water into the boiler and I lose pressure for a few seconds which in my mind basically ruins the coffee.

help!

Is it a water level sensor thing?

or tips?

Look like your water sensor is dirty, call your teck and he should be able to fix it for you
