  • Cimbali group handle-End cap removal

    Good morning coffee lovers,
I have several La Cimbali machines ,all using the standard handle and I'm presently missing the handle end cap off my favourite.
I also have an odd La Cimbali (aluminium not brass) which I wish to remove the end cap for installation onto my brass handle to simply make my life complete!
My question is ,has anyone succeeded in taking off the end cap and how is this carried out?
I'm not interested in damaging any handle in the process, appears to be a simple pull-off /push-on and yet doesn't work for me....what's the trick?
    Cheers,
    Mick.

    Hello again,
Well I've answered my own question, secure grip with index finger and thumb around end cap and pull......pops off and there you have the end cap off,to do what whatever is necessary.
Another one for the useless facts list!
    cheers,
    Mick.
