Hi all, how are you?
How overwhelming is setting up a new coffee trailer... Foar! So my wife and i have started on a new venture. We have the Trailer, the trailer has electricity, we have the machine (Sab Jolly Prestige 2 group) we have the grinder and we have the alarm clocks set to start bringing coffee to our little pocket in the South East. We are trying to figure out how to attach the machine to the stainless steel bench in the trailer. I thought there would be a youtube video explaining how to do it but i was wrong. I was just guessing it is a matter of drilling 4 holes in the bench and connecting it via bolts or something from underneath. Has anyone had any success attaching the machine themselves or is it worth paying someone?
Would love to know your thoughts.
