Hi all
Got my Rocket Giotto Evo R back from its first service maybe a month ago. The machine will be 3 yrs old in October.
It was a pretty costly service because I wasn't using the right water filter type and subsequently there was a lot of scale.
Anyway, ever since I've had the machine back, there is a fairly constant hissing/boiling noise that I'm pretty sure wasn't there before.
Seems still to make good coffee (only limited by my skills I'm sure) and hold the correct brew temperature.
I do feel like I'm filling up the water reservoir more often that I used to, though.
I have a video of what I'm talking about (turn the sound on). It's an iCloud link as the file was too big to upload directly:

Would appreciate people's thoughts on if this is something that warrants taking the machine back to service place.
Thanks in advance
Tom
