    haha told you i was an idiot..... so thats more to do with the relation between temperature of water and pressure, rather than whats happening in the grouphead then?

  • Olympia Cremina Pressure Gauge - How is it useful?

    I've had a little read up and understand that a gauge can be handy for profiling and regulating your consistency when pulling the manual lever. What I don't get is how do the dial readings of 0 to 2.5 bar relate to pressures of up to 9 bar or so required during a pull? If anyone can explain to an idiot how this all helps, I'd be very grateful.
