This article says it's a 1.5 litre resovoir?. 2600w also puts it into 15 amp territory

Cool, few more hints in there, it mentions two versions (one tanked, one plumbed) the picture in the brochure shows a rotary pump.
No mention of pressure profiling anywhere which is a shame.

Made by Simonelli Group so yep likely plenty of opportunity for cross over on design queues in the commercial / domestic series. 3L water reservoir in Oscar II/Musica.Originally posted by roosterben View PostVisually it looks quite a bit like a Nuova Simonelli Oscar II on steroids and so does the top control panel. I wonder if it is the same designer and/or factory as Nouva Simonelli?

The water tank is a bit small given the inside is prob like an aircraft hanger with those tiny boilers leaving heaps of room internally.
Given it is 37kg though it must be pretty solid as usually a couple of decent sized boilers would add another 10kg.

Good question ... I guess it's a case of watch this space.
I presume you mean this video EAGLE ONE PRIMA unboxing and first installation by André Eiermann.

Yes, that is a surprise that water tank looks the same.Last edited by matth3wh; 23 September 2020, 12:19 AM.

Does it actually have pressure or flow control? i found it hard to understand some of it and there was ALOT of marketing spiel and hyperbole and very little real information. Looks interesting and i'm sure if James Hoffman is involved it makes great coffee. I'd just like some pics of the inside and more info , especially the price . They also lost me when in the unboxing Aussie video he pulled out the tank and it looked like the tank from the Oscar or Musica ( i hate those tiny tanks and the flimsy coupling they sit in ) If the boilers are so small and use Neo technology or whatever, surely they could have put a better tank in?

Just announced, would be afraid what price it would be but nice to dream. Looks to give huge control over pressure, temp, volume and can link these back to roast profile to give the best extraction.
