Hi all
Long term lurker, first time poster.
I've ordered a Lagom P64 (October Delivery), and am now looking to upgrade a new machine to compliment the grinder.
Looking forward to hear people's thoughts on my options, or convince me otherwise.
Thanks in advance

Background
- For the last year, I've been set on my mind for a La Marzocco Linea Mini until someone mentioned it can be quite 'one dimensional', with regards to pre-infusion/pressure profiling.
- The initial reason for a Linea Mini, is that it is a workhorse in a low-volume retail environment, which is a venture I have planned after lockdown in Victoria.
- I am predominantly an espresso drinker (3-4 cups per day) at home, and would want something that could consistently pull shots and steam milk to future-proof myself in a low-volume retail environment.
Thought Process
- Heat Exchange machine was ruled out due to not being able to do perform consistently in a retail environment
- Linea Mini was ruled out due to being one dimensional to venture into the rabbit-hole espresso brewing
Options
- Rocket R60V - Same price range as Linea Mini, Pressure Profiling, and being able to brew consistently by saving pressure profiles
- Rocket R91 - More expensive (~$3000), Same as R60V, but the ability to save the manual extraction pressure profile
- Others?

. Nevertheless, if I saw any domestic machine in a commercial environment, I'd keep walking and go to a cafe with a real, commercial machine.
