HI Caff.
I have no reason or desire to question your advice on build however everything I have seen indicates that the Bianca is very well built and should outlast me (with servicing and general parts replacement).
The only problem seems to be heavy handed US cousins snapping over torqued gicleurs.
It’s not a Londinium or Slayer but it isn’t in that price range nor do I need that build standard for my 3-4 shots a day.
I wanted an upgrade to a plumbed in, duel boiler with a rotary pump and prefer a classic style.
It didn’t have to be an E61 but I’m not up for a lever (yet) and a LM=$$$.
The Bianca gives me all that and a few bonus bits at a currently discounted price.
I’ve been pimping my Gaggia Classic for 20 years now so yes I am hoping for an improvement in my shots.
The new grinder should help too.
Thanks for all the advice, I’ll be needing even more when I get my hands on it.
