I didn’t buy the Bianca for the profiling or the wood.
I wanted a plumbable, duel boiler with a rotary pump.
It was significantly cheaper than anything else and the E61 “kits” were not available when I purchased.
It is still the only E61 machine where the flow control was included in the design process and it turns out I love the whole package.

    Good advice,
I was going to contact jetblack regardless as I need to purchase 2 complete machine/grinder set-ups.

it's really the lower price point that made me consider them. But sometimes you get what you pay for.

I'm not opposed to paying $500 more than a bianca but it's opens up a huge range of machines.
I have been researching for sometime now and it's not helping!

    I'll see what they think.
    Cheers

Your link goes to my inquiry about my plumbed pressure gauge reading.
It is not a fault or a flaw it merely sometimes shows the pressure in the line from the boiler that is slightly higher than my water supply.
My water supply is also on a pressure pump from a rainwater tank which means that the pressure varies when a tap is opened and/or the pump cycles.
It is still a bit of a head scratcher but without a full plumbing diagram I can’t work out exactly what is happening.
The frustrated lay engineer in me wants to know why but it in no way affects the performance.
If you are considering one but have concerns I recommend calling Jet Black(the importers) and ask how many they have sold and how many have had problems.

Im considering buying one shortly as an upgrade to a Breville DB.
Probably pair with a ceado e5SD

There have been issues with the paddle nut cracking. Moreover, there seem to be some issues with the pressure gauges. I was contemplating a Bianca as well, but these issues give me pause. Might want to wait a bit longer and see how Lelit handles them or if issues subside.

If one trawls through the interweb you can find a few complaints but they need to be considered against the very large number of machines sold.
There seemed to be an issue in the USofA with quite a few brands with some boutique water formulas that might have been fouling a water sensor and there were a few Biancas from one batch that had over torqued gicleurs (needle valve seat) that broke.

Does it still misbehave if you turn off the steam boiler?
Have you altered the factory settings by accident and do you know how to check them?
    What water/filter are you using?
    Hopefully it is something simple.
I’d book it in asap, the sooner it is in the sooner it is out.

Bought it now. Only been a month. Will bring it in in the next month or so I think. Might as well finish by current bag of beans!

Ok, did you buy it new, second hand under warrantee or just second hand?
If it is under warranty, just take it to get fixed.
Sure it sucks to be without it for a few weeks but it should be an easy fix when they can get to it.
The sooner you get it in the sooner you get it back.

Whenever the temperature is set to shuttling about 95, the escape valve just above the drip tray just consistently steams until all the water is gone from the tank while it’s sitting idle.

Turned on the machine to warm up one time and came back 20 minutes later and steam all over the room and all the water in tank gone. Person on phone says temp gauge may be not working.

What is wrong with your machine?

I've recently purchased one about a month ago via a reseller of JB. While the process to get it fixed is straight forward, the shop is north of Melbourne (a bit out of the way for me) and also the guy on the phone said they would have to take the machine for 2 weeks. Now I need to find a time to get the machine there and pick up as well as go without a machine.

Is it the same with most other machines that the parts are hard to come by?

It's fast, it's quiet, and have less than 3gram of retention without bellow. With bellow can be less than 1gram. (so Zero point something). It's an impressive machine.
