Thanks Caffeinator.
I'd seen some reports of them pulling good temperature shots straight off without needing a flush, but then having to wait 5-8 ninutes for them to recover.
I'd prefer it if I had to do a small flush first to drop the temp, if it meant the recovery was quicker.
The local reseller in Hobart is Jetblack espresso, they have a couple of the models I'm interested in on the shelf. I might have more of a chat with them.

Any of these will do the job well and continuously. 4 to 6 is nothing! Sides on the Izzo are curved in profile, but they don't slope. They're straight up and down.
I am sure if you list your location, importer/site sponsor Casa Espresso will be able to point you towards your most local reseller.

Multiple shots
Hi everyone.
I'm finally about to upgrade my coffee machine. I'm looking at e61 HX machines, and some of the choices I've narrowed it down to are:
Profitec Pro 500
Rocket Mozzafiato V
ECM mechanika slim
I have a couple of questions for anyone with experience with these.
How do they perform if making 3 or 4 coffees in a row? Do they recover between shots in reasonable time?
How does the build quality/longevity of these machines compare?
Are there other similar machines I should consider? I looked at the ECM Mechanika profi, but I think I prefer the look of knobs.
I considered the Izzo Vivi, but the local agent doesn't have one in stock so I haven't seen one in the flesh. Looking at pictures, I believe the machine slopes up towards the back? Aesthetics are of course secondary to function, but I think I prefer the squarer lines so I'm hesitant without viewing one.
Thanks,
