Personally I prefer the look of the Pro 700 but was swayed by the toggles/levers. YMMV, Just my 2 cents
Yeah, I need to try both for myself. Its basically a lever vs k nob deal here as they offer the same same basically. My local shop has the syncs but I'll check if they do profi also. Currently have the sync for 4.5k, but wondering if I could get flow control chucked in for this pricing, who knows. Might be getting ahead of myself here, but definitrly going to try and pursuade my partner in my purchase hahah. She is a non coffee drinker so it's super hard to justify to her

PS. If you are after a DB e61 machine you won’t go wrong with either, other brands I would consider are Rocket, Bezzera, the Lelit Bianca seems like exceptional value and is also well regarded. Too much to choose from 😏
The options are crazy man! I think I'm sold in the sync
I was all for profi originally but when I'd seen fit and finish on the sync + the levers I was definitely a changed man. Now to get one! My local offers it for 4.5k but I threw a post up to see what the CSS sponsors can offer to the table

4.5k is a good price for a great machine. The flow control is about $600 I think but can be added later.
i like the gauges at the top, makes it easier to monitor while using the machine.
Have you seen the anthracite version? Looks great

Spoke with dipacci and they would do 5k with flow control fitted + shipped for that cost. Yeah I really like that too! I will pop into my local and see what price they would do with flow control. I can make back the money for the flow control by selling my bdb
