Thats the element seal nut, replace the seal before the leak gets worse and the stud breaks... P9013 is the element seal, whilst you're in there replace the nuts with m8 brass nuts. Or take it to a service centre if easier

Synchronika V1 Leak thoughts.....
Hi CS team,
My V1 Synchronika has been travelling pretty great (bought off here a few years ago from fellow CS-er), but it's coming to an age, more little gremlins of regular use are coming up. I noticed a bit of water coming from the bottom of the machine, found the vacuum relief valve had failed/and also the tubing broken from excess water - causing dripping in the machine. Have replaced the valve and tubing successfully, but on restart found a VERY slow drip coming off of a nut at the base of the steam boiler (no where near as much water as before). Unsure if the drip is coming FROM that point - have tightened that nut as best as I can, unsure if it needs to be replaced (which will mean pulling things apart more than sliding a wrench in like I did today).
Pic attached of the rusty nut - seems this has been in there going on for a while (see rust on bottom of machine).
Any thoughts appreciated on my best course of action - understand taking it to a servicer being one of them. But happy to tackle the repair if my rudimentary skills would be sufficient.
Thanks legends
