maybe if it could do real pressure profiling, it could be worth the money, but yea for what it does, does not seem worth it at all.

So obviously i am not missing any major point to it then

I have a GS3 and i've never understood the appeal either, especially at $500 USD , who knows how much here in AU? . Maybe slightly more understandable on the Linea mini where it does give you more features that you can't do on the machine . I think a big part of the appeal is the nerd factor of having your phone connected to your coffee machine....?

If it was a $100 upgrade i'd be more interested, but it just seems wasteful to replace the whole control board to get such limited improvements . Other people may feel differently

    La Marzocco GS3 connected

Has anyone doe the connected retrofit to their GS3 or Linea by any chance
Wondering if its worth the money, as its not a cheap option and not sure id make much use of it, unless i am missing some important part

As i can see, can set start up and shut down times for multiple days (so can be different times on a daily basis) also allows for remote turn on and off
can set up all you pre infusion and can also set all your AV volumetrics by number of pulses which means you dont need to measure it
    Set brew and steam temps
    also shows total shot counter

For $500 us (not sure on local pricing) seems very steep for the few features, so wondering if i have missed something
Working...
