I'm looking for recommendations for new steam valves and wands I could possibly fit to a 1960's Bo-ema lever machine I'll soon be rebuilding.
I'd like the valves to be chrome, as they are fully exposed - see original set up (sans wands) below.

I've identified a couple of options. Below is the set up on San Remo Cafe Racer machines. This is currently the option I am most attracted to - I think will 'fit' nicely with the Boema machine. I have a quote in hand for these - close to $500 per valve/wand - so definitely not a cheap option - and am certainly keen to see if there are more wallet friendly options.

Another option is Bezzera flip locks which seem to be about $100 + the wand (can't find price) - as used on their prosumer coffee machines. I'm thinking these might be a little 'dainty' for the 2 group Boema though.

Can anyone recommend other options? Doesn't have to be a joystick style. I'd be most grateful for any advice/tips.
