I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube vids from 1st Line Equipment (major US importer) on the Lelit Bianca and my understanding is that it is by design that there is some water flow even when the paddle it fully closed. You could adjust the paddle but it was recommended that you don’t do this as the needle valve could be damaged over time.
Hope this helps others looking to purchase this machine.

The reseller wasn’t able to diagnose the fault and neither was one of the suppliers techs. It was eventually identified as a fault main board? And I received a new machine as a result.Originally posted by lakeman View PostDid the retailer reply?
It was an overly painful process overall for something that should have been quickly resolved and replaced but there seemed to be much resistance in providing a replacement or a refund for something that was faulty from new and was apparently primed and tested.

New lelit bianca v3 with low group head pressure
Hi all,
have been fortunate enough to upgrade to a new lelit bianca v3 version and have noticed a few issues.- With the flow control value fully closed there is still water coming out of the group head. I believe that when its closed there isn’t mean to be any water coming out out of the group head.
- With the blind filter on (and flow control fully open) I only get 6-7 bar max on the group head even tho the pump pressure is showing 10bar. I can also see that there isn’t much water coming out of the group head.
Have asked the retailer but wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience or had an easy fix?
thanks
