  • Selling ECM Veneziano A1- adice please

Hi, I am a many years lurker, and follow the advice many give here as so many pros are onboard. A question, I have a very nice home machine I am going to list for sale but just wondered on a sale guide price if someone could message me privately perhaps. I have a fully serviced ECM Veneziano A1 for sale. It looks stunning. No work needed and polished so it shines as close to new as you can get. I am doing a huge house renovation and will have no kitchen or really house for 9 months. I note some others have an ECM Veneziano machines also so a price guide would be nice. I am not trying to make money, just sell at a fair price and lower than elsewhere to a coffeesnob member. I am in Melbourne. The machine is pour over or plumbed in, I used it as plumbed in via filters from new and I am the original owner. The machine has just had a full service and a new direct line ECM water valve put in etc. I did not want to list yet till I had some advice. See one photo. I have many more. Thanks for any input.

As a guesstimate, I'd say circa 2003-2006 or thereabouts. Love the VA1 and VS1.

Mark...I cant answer the basis of your Q. But note your ad has been posted so prob already rec'd help already.

I can say there have been only a handful or so of these (including S1) offered here since circa 2009 or so.
So a search on the for sale thread might be helpful.
And these two models of machines are long recognised here as a renowned classic, without question.

I missed an S1 ....'by that much' some years ago ...where I was the first responder and for some unknown reason to me passed over and never responded to. These usually are snapped up in very short time.
And yes I can say Ive got over it by know after what seems 100's of hours of therapy.......
Thank you to all those who have assisted!

Just saying....Id imagine it would be helpful for you and the prospective purchaser.... to run the machine for at least a few shots / days to well n truly prove that all is well even tho as you say the technician / repairers reputation is excellent.
