Got the same problem as many of you: App shows that Gateway Firmware Update V1.1RC8 (currently installed: V1.0RC3) and Maschine Firmware 2.10 (installed: 2.07) are available. Unfortunately, the „update“ button is not responding when I press it (button is transparent). No function of the app is working anymore except statistics.
Send a problem report via the app to La Marzocco. Hopefully, I get an info back soon.

I’ve updated today. A few people on another forum are using preinfusion without plumbing in and it works somewhat as there’s still pressure.

Anyone has upgraded a LMLM modded by Rick to 2.10? Was wondering if the new features work. Auto-backflush and new pre-infusion don’t seem to work on mine. Not sure if it’s because of the modification.

The support-iot email solved it overnight. They had to update the gateway and then this morning I was able to update my firmware.

I have attempted many times with ERROR download. Finally successfully upgraded my to v2.10 now.
I have disabled auto-standby before the upgrade then enable it back. Not sure that helps. Good luck everyone.

How did you get help in the app? The only thing in the app that I see is on the User Account screen, at the bottom left is a "report a problem" link. From there, it seems to just send an email. Is that what you did?

So after I reported the issue to LM through the app they manually updated my gateway on their end. After all, I managed to update my firmware in one go! No more annoying 'download error' messages! So yeah you may actually need to ask for help (through the app you can get help from the IoT aftersale support)!
