Hey! I'm planning to purchase the LM Linea Mirco and the water topic wasn't something I planned to getting myself into!
Do I really need to use the specced water listed on the LM website for the machine? I've been using boiled tap water in Melbourne for my Gaggia Classic for more than 10 years and hasn't had any issues. I descale, service it and haven't had any issues with it at all.
I know I'm investing into a decent machine so I should look after it but I also want to make sure I'm not over-doing it; hope that makes sense.
