Ive noticed that the seal between the plunger and cylinder in my Aeropress is no longer watertight and readily allows the coffee to flood up the cylinder when pushing the plunger down.
I bought it when they first came out in Oz (early 2006) and have used it twice a day everyday at work - have I reached the useful life? I take it you cant replace the rubber end on the plunger Funny thing is that I have a stack of filter papers left.
