    just gave them a call, they dont have the brikka unfortunately.

    and yes, the brikka (or the previous model), I believe is the only one with the pressurised valve that enables it to make crema.

    I have a vittoria at the moment and it does OK, but Id like it to take it a step further with some crema..

    The Bialetti Brikka is different to other stove tops.

    It has a weight on the stem where the coffee comes out. The coffee comes out at a certain pressure. This creates crema like a pressurised basket.
    Unlike a pressurised basket on an espresso machine it seems to better the taste (to my opinion) then a standard stove top.

    Hi.
    Im looking to get a bialetti brikka, but Im not sure where I can get it in australia, and most importantly. at a good price.

    I wouldnt mind buying a used one from a member either, but Im unable to post in the for sale forum.
