Is there any coffee shop in Melbourne
Quite a few in Melbourne use Syphons. The Auction Rooms in Nth Melb, The Sensory Lab at David Jones and also sell them as does Sorrentina from a few posts up.

As I seem to remember you were a poor student (been there done that) have a look at getting to a few of the cupping session offered at some of the roaster/coffee venues around town. Generally free and weekly Market Lane, Seven Seeds, Coffee Supreme are a few. Great way to get into different non espresso coffees and raise the knowledge.

Skip a day of school this Thursday and come coffee crawling with Redzone and I 9am start at Elevenses, 10 am cupping at Seven Seeds ..... until we are a buzzing

Is there any coffee shop in Melbourne that serves coffee made from one of these?
You could try the following locations depending on where you are based but I am sure there are others. First Pour Abbotsford, St Ali Sth Melbourne, Seven Seeds Carlton, Sensory Lab at David Jones in the CBD,
Thanks. I should be in the city tomorrow so Ill check it out at David Jones.

        Seven Seeds Carlton
Not sure they offer Syphon, last time I was there they had the clover and a pourover setup. St Ali for Syphon was patchy depending on how busy they were and who was on.

They had a few syphons there the other day; not being used at the time but looked ready to go.
