    Thanks it's on its way this will be interesting, I had gone back to press after struggling with inconsistency on the V60 for a few months with an ordinary kettle

    brilliant! I've ordered from them before and they are just great! I think the variable kettle is going to be a big hit. I'm probably going to stick with my hario. I like using it on the gas stove, and it's great if I go camping, but for a really easy elec pour over kettle that is the right temp every time, how can you lose?

    That variable temp kettle looks really cool... Though thinging it will be no where near the rrp that is on their website
