Hi All,
My name is Tamás and I've just joined the forum.
I'm not sure this is the right thread to ask this question, but I did a research for a couple of hours and I could not find anything which could answer my question.
I own a Bacchi and I can completely disassemble the machine and put it together. I understand how the middle valve can be adjusted for higher or lower pressure etc.
My question is: is there anybody who has the Portaspresso and the Bacchi as well? I'm curious how the Rossa performs next to the Bacchi. The Bacchi won awards in Trieste and the shot quality has been proven in the past.
I would like to see the persons opinion who experienced both machines. I'm thinking of getting on Rossa HC because of portability. But...I'm not sure that the quality would match the Bacchi's. I'm aware that there is a steep learning curve so inexperienced users may need more time to make consistent shots.
Thank you.
Tamás
