When do you put sugar in to the coffee whilst brewing ore after?

Never...but if asked, i would put it in the cup and let hot coffee helps dissolves the sugar for practicality reasons

Most coffee peeps would frown on the use of sugar, as it indicates a bitter brew, but if you like it, take no notice

Definitely only add it to the finished brew though, not while brewing, as it will affect the extraction if you add it to the brew water.
