I drink all of my coffee without any sweetener, so this is definitely sweeter than what I'm used to (of course, that is to be expected). You can definitely taste the honey, but I think when I drink it black I prefer it without the honeycomb. It goes well with milk though, the sweetness from the milk matches the honey. I feel like I should be doing something with the coffee flavoured honeycomb as well - not sure what!Originally posted by Dimal View PostWell, that sure is something new, and different...

Cold drip through honeycomb
Hi Everyone,
I'm not sure if anyone else saw the Pillar of Salt image of them pouring cold brew through honeycomb (here) but I thought I'd give it a shot using my Bruer. I did one batch normally, and then put the brew through the Bruer, with some fresh honeycomb where the coffee would normally go. Has anyone else tried something like this, or have any ideas of what else could be put in there?
