Aeropress and a shitty Rhinowares grinder. I’ve brewed at 40,000 ft many times, it feels weird asking the flight attendant for a cup of plain hot water but it’s worth it.

In addition to my travel kit (usually aeropress plus lido) I also have a great zojirushi thermos bottle. Making an extra cup in my hotel room in the morning and bringing it with me has been a life saver, especially if travelling in countries that offer tea at every opportunity but never coffee (I still drink the tea offered to me, but have a sneaky sip from the thermos between meetings).
