    Identical post here:

And I see the Coffee Snobs logo is appearing on the ATMOS site under "Other publications featuring ATMOS: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/c...y-with-atmos#/

Further delays. They've decided the current factory cannot manufacture to the tolerances needed. The products coming out still leak too occasionally.

Shifting to a new factory which is meant to have tighter tolerances. The product that was originally due to arrive to funders in April is now looking at November / December delivery.

I'm starting to wonder now how many more issues and delays they can sustain until the funding runs out. If it does fail, it'll be my first failed backing. :/ I understand and accept that's part of the risk of backing things on indiegogo/kickstarter, though.

Indiegogo requires that they have monthly updates to show they're still working on it, and to minimise supporter frustrations. Not sure if you can ask indiegogo to email you about each update, but of you check it once a month you should keep up to date.

Ahh, cool. I hadn't seen those updates. Was only seeing the emails and there hasn't been one in quite a while. Might have to try to find ways to get notifications for these updates.

    They're finalising manufacture:
    Atmos

Making sure everything is as good as it can be. Unfortunately it's taking longer than expected.

    Cheers

Campaign has been extended for a month so of you get any Christmas money and are keen you should still have time

So many people love the process and routine of food prep, including coffee. I don't. I just want the end product. That's why I currently only use plunger for hot and immersion (not pour-over immersion, dunk the coffee behind filter in water style) for cold brew. I've been eyeing the Bruer for a simple and not stupidly expensive cold-drip system (but I've heard a few complaints, especially the amount of coffee required each time). This looks even simpler, less that can go wrong.

I generally only want it on weekends so the small capacities should be fine for me. Glad I decided to do a rare visit to these forums.

Really? What about the aeropress? Or the Bruer? Or the wacaco products? Having tasted the cold drip it produces, I can assure you it's no gimmick.

Anyways, they still need support to reach their goal. They have some reviews from a few websites, so if you're not sure have a read

Yes it does. Apparently they're not shown as they are still being finalised.

That is true, however it has only 4 parts, and the main brew chamber is designed to last longer than us!

The main appeal for me is the simplicity - once i have my grind right it takes all of 1 minute to grind, tamp and assemble, so doing it every day isn't too big a deal.

It may also be small enough to fit in the fridge, which may appeal to some.

    It is also delicious
