Third option: cut a 75mm hole in a sheet of polythene the thickness of the gasket with a standard holesaw. Cut the "doughnut" that was removed down to 65mm OD.
Place the two parts concentrically on a PE surface and fill with two part food grade silicone (Google "M4670 Barnes"). Make a bunch of them and sell your excess to other Bialetti owners to recoup your costs.

Thanks for the responses. I rang Bialetti Australia and they couldn't really help so looks like it's custom made or nothing. Silicon baking sheet could be a good idea but the cutting could be tricky.

I was looking for gaskets recently and found made to order custom size gaskets manufactured in Melbourne. I will send details via PM as it was not a site sponsorOriginally posted by Zenyatta View PostHi Coffeesnobs,
I have a Bialetti Cuisinallo stovetop coffee pot, it's quite old but it makes excellent coffee. The interior gasket is falling apart. Unfortunately it appears to not be a standard size. Bialetti now make ones slightly larger or slightly smaller but not the same size. The outer diameter is 75mm and the width is 5mm (so the interior diameter is 65mm).
Any ideas how I could go about replacing it? Does someone in Australia make non-standard sized gaskets?
Thanks for reading!

You might get lucky and someone on here will have a spare. If not, silicone baking sheets are great if you are reasonably handy.
