There's never a shortage of coffee projects on Kickstarter, but I thought this one was worth my money. Delter Cold Drip coffee maker.
Very simple device using multiple trays of cold water with a very small hole to let one drop of water per second drip through.
My previous cold brew experience was with a Toddy which was just too big - it needed about 200g of coffee and needed to wait overnight. This is 50 g of coffee and 3-4 hours, which is much closer to how much cold brew I'd ever drink at a time. Delivery is expected in October, so hopefully in time for Aussie summer!
Always nice to see Aussie inventors too.
