I did a descale on the weekend.  Since I did this every time I use the hot water outlet a considerable amount of water runs out of the Brew head.  It didnt do this before the descale.  Any ideas on a fix for this????   :-/
Had the same problem... What a little pain as it cost me 5 days of crap coffee.

As I understand it there is a little spring valve that can have / get crap caught in it and or the spring can become week.

Page 8 of the manual (service) shows the spring (parts 4,5 and 6)... However it is not clear.

    1: Drop the shower screen
2: Undo the big brass nut
3: The spring and another bit should be next to drop out ???

As I have not done this my self.. I CAN NOT confirm... I am only passing on what was told to me by my service agent...

If in doubt then follow up with others, however if you do proceed, let us know the outcome.

Scale stuck somewhere was my thought.

I just did a descale today with Bomboras triple action. I know sunbeam says to only use their tablets/solutions, but apparently the triple action is safe to use on sunbeams. They also claim it completely disolves, not just dislodges, scale.

If youre reluctant to send it back to sunbeam, you could consider using some triple action to see if it helps. This was my first descale with this solution so Im not speaking from much experience.

I used the sunbeam Tablet. I ran about 4 liters of water through afterward. I am wondering if a piece of scale got stuck somewhere? :-/

Did you sufficiently flush after the descale? Also, what descale solution did you use?

I would start by running 2-3 litres of water through the group head.
