    I will say that the beans were not too bad and tha pack was cool (not cold) when they brought it out so may have been stored in a wine fridge. I got some beans from Merlo (which is as fresh roasted) and didnt have to adjust too much from previous but even then its slightly different for each of their blends too. All part of the challenge

    Got the Sunbeam EM0480.  Went through a few beans getting used to the grind settings but Good Guys gave me a 1kg bag with the purchase which helped.
    Boy oh boy... When you get Fresh beans from a local roaster... Not Supermarket  shelf stuff...  You will experience a massive step up in Quality..   OH and what TG said..  Review of your Tamping and grinding...
