Hi all,
I had a reasonable poke around the forums to see if this hasnt been covered before, but couldnt find it. So apologies if it has been.
Weve got an 8 week old EM6910 that has a seemingly temperamental steam pump. Turning the nob doesnt always get the pump moving. I have a theory it keeps getting air in it but cant work out how I might stop that. I always clear the wand before and after using but often it will just stop while Im steaming the milk, which of course is driving me bananas. Sometimes a burst on the hot water will get it moving again, but it seems like hard work.
Has anyone had these dramas before and have any home remedies fixed them?
Cheers,
zed
