Hello to all, I am a newbie and really need some help. I have been making drip filter coffee for over 20 years, one cup at a time and have always ground my coffee fresh each time (Gaggia MM grinder). I really enjoy coffee and just bought a Gaggia Classic espresso machine. Here the fun begins. I am in information overload (sometimes called utter confusion). With all I have read about grind, settings, tamping, water, pressurised head - non pressurised head, modifications and a world of other variables I dont really know where to start. All I want to do is learn how to make and appreciate really great coffee (mine has never been). Any tips, advice, any help at all is welcome and appreciated.
