    Today I went out and bought a thermometer for the milk and I think its been more of a mind thing.

    First coffee - make the espresso, froth the milk, right that should be long enough....damn thats to cold.

    Now I have no excuse.

    I used the delonghi descaler solution when I ran it through, and I clean the thing religiously. The cycle cleans the espresso part and the steam wand.

    Was looking at machines today, mainly the big outlets so no Rancilio Silvia, but they had the Sunbeam 6910 for $599..... But I held off from temptation and will be saving for the Silvia, after being recommended a Delonghi Primo as an alternative.... :
    Read some of teh posts in this topics area... Lots of good info on two of the machines..

    Can not comment / recommend any of the general supermarket type machines or BEANS..

    Hah, thanks dude, thought posting all that in the Welcome thread might be abit much.

    I had no intention of getting the Delonghi Primo...

    Had heard a few talk about the sunbeam unit..

    But itll be the Silvia, unless I win tattslotto....then...well one of the site sponsors will be getting alittle visit
