I might have one still. I'll have a look. No promises.

which store did you use, Ive use H.I.S and reece.....I would have thought H.I.S would have them but he couldnt match up the thread.
What kind of store was it???
Posted previously... Gas supplier.. Over near Gilkatho Online

They do commercial and domestic gas appliances...  Many of the fittings used in coffee machines are of a gas type.  Others suppliers often do not carry gas fittings as many are special and thus can not assist.

That why some of the fittings are not tapered but parallel.... Now Watson... I think its time for my nanna nap...

Well, i went to H.I.S Hose today to find some fittings and copper pipe.......the thread is not a normal thread and cant be purchased.....the  fittings have to be ordered from sunbeam...

    ahh well....keep hunting i guess.
As I said previously Gas fitting...

As they are available in Brisbane... Mel should be at least on par..

Yeah, Im not sure, i always said i was not going to buy another SB but when i looked for something else, nothing apealed to me, not even the Rancilio Silvia......

So i just made up my mind and that was it......I couldnt even afford $600 but I cant be without my coffee....I need to buy a new saddle for my bike and ive been putting it off for months now cause i didnt want to spend $200 for a new saddle.....but when it comes to coffee, nothing else matters......

ah well, just had a coffee, gee it was sooo nice and full of body.....luv my SB6910

Youve got a point. I used to love the coffee that came out of my 6910. I just upgraded and still havent got the best out of my machine yet. So far I was making better coffee on my Sunbeam than my new Hx - however that should change once I improve.

You have to have a threshold though, how many more 6910s can you buy until you say enough is enough?

I dont like lever machines and only like the volumetric machines.
Some of the terms / intent here is confusing.. Very few true levers around...
