    Hi All,

I have had the EM6910 for a period of about 3.5 years and it has served me very well. However over the past two weeks I have noticed a significant drop in the steam pressure. To the point where I find it very difficult to get any texture in my milk at all. I look after the machine well, i.e. I often de-scale and clean the group head. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so was it pump related?

    Thanks
    Nick
Just look through many of the topics in the 500 - 1500 section.. I think a new topic as to this is started / generated every month of so..

Most have Steam in the title..

    eg. http://coffeesnobs.com.au/YaBB.pl?num=1273617065

In essence... If the pump is working.. Scale and coffee grit etc etc etc.

    A 20min  fix or a service visit
