Health for example will often have it in the tender documents but when it comes to the crunch... Service is rated so poor that it only takes a slightly lower offer in $$$ to knock out a truly competitive product with great UP TIME.
I have often seen Service support given a 5% value when scoring a tender and trust me real service support should be significantly higher.. However most fail to see until it is too late - but then the budget had to be met (cynic I is).
Conclusion... Question Sunbeam and Question the allotted service agent.. But do it with consideration as the good guys do not deserve crap... They need to be pampered and thanked
I have made comment before about Dodgy brothers and service agents pulling a quick slight of hand re warranty and charging and double dipping.... Most dont but ASSUMPTIONS will get ya every time.
Now where was that under rated thermal fuse uuummmmm
