Hi, Ive been trawling around Coffee Snobs for a while in the lead up to my first machine purchase. It’s the grinder combo machines that seem to fit the bill. While the temptation to get that hit quickly with a Breville BES860 is strong, the value of the Lelit combi seems great.
Couple questions that owners might be able to help with -
Id like the flexibility to grind for plunger/drip coffee as well and looks like the Breville BES860 grinder might not deliver that flexibility? How about the Lelit?
Living in North Qld I don’t have the luxury of local specialist retailers, so availability of a local repairer for the likes of a Breville is attractive. Flip side is that "Italian reliability" (rusty Alfas come to mind
) would hopefully mean long years of service. Interested on CSs comments on repairs in country areas.
Thanks in advance - kahvi
