  • Spare parts and repairs for lelit / imat / mokita combi

Regular reader, first time poster... here goes with my question:

I am after a Lelit combi as it suits budget and bench space requirements. I am just wondering if they may be issues with the supply of spare parts and repairs / servicing compared to something like the Rancilio Silvia (with its commercial components such as 58mm portafilter) and the Gaggia Classic (both of which are supported by CS sponsors Coffee Parts).

I am a novice brewer of espressos and milk drinks looking to upgrade from a high street bought thermoblock machine but am not planning customisation at this stage.

    Hi spiderweb,

We stock a full range of spares to support the Lelits we distribute.

Great to here I dont have to order in from Italy!

BTW, do you recommend replacing the stock wand with a ball jointed version e.g. Silvia V3 if I want to make 6 lattes at once with a 1.5 litre jug?

      cheers

        Hi Spiderweb,

        Id recommend replacing the machine.

The Lelit is not designed to texture in such a large jug and if you do, its a matter of time until you kill the element.

This machine is designed to make a couple of coffees at a time. 6 Lattes is HX territory.
