Sent first email at 12:32pm yesterday. Got reply with pricing and availability at 2:08pm. Got more info on shipping costs at 3:07pm.
Sent email ordering machine at 6:00pm, got a call at 7:55am this morning to get payment details. Spoke with Janelle (who was very helpful) and the machine left by 10:30am this morning on courier for me to have by the weekend.
They seemingly have AMAZING customer service, and are super friendly. I know theyre not really a sponsor, but the affiliation with Jetblack I guess makes it ok to talk about. I just wish I was a bit closer so I could have gone in there.
Also, while Im at it, big thanks to coffeesnobs - this is only my second post, but after lots of reading, I am much much more confident in this whole coffee making thing. Understanding is the key to success

On a side note it only took a week of me making average coffee on my ~7 year old $99 Breville somethingorother for my fiance to agree to spending the money on the Lelit. So looking forward to sharing great coffee with her every day
