Unfortunately (and stupidly) I left my Rancilio on all night. Pulled a shot first thing in the morning and at the end of the shot all steam came through the group head and I needed to reset the thermostat.
Now it heats up for brewing but the light never goes off and it wont steam at all. Interestingly enough if I just run water through the steam wand it comes out cloudy too.
I saw a post on coffeesnobs.com.au for the very same problem but no solution:

I have no multimeter so I cant check the resistance on the thermostats. Any ideas on what it could be?
Also does anyone know of a place in Melbourne that does Rancilio repairs? I cant live without my coffee
