The shot was a bit of a gusher, grind finer. Should take 5 - 8 secs for the espresso to come out after you activate brew switch.
A Silvia with PID would go much better with a better grinder.

I would suggest that your espresso is overextracted as it looks like you have extracted close to 100mls rather than 60mls. Try pouring 60mls into a shotglass, then tip the shotglass into a cappucino cup to get a guide of where to stop the pour.
To me, the pour looks a tad blonde - you should try to stop it earlier.
