After going without for 6 months I have finally got my Bezzera Family Lever imported into Australia (my own fault it took so long) and installed in the kitchen
It was not done without a minor scare however. I had to take the lever assembly apart to get it to fit comfortably inside the packing boxes, but even so that box was still too tightly packed. It split while I was taking the box from my car into my house, and the piston dropped on the floor giving it a bit of a nasty ding. I was very scared that might have been a major problem, but it doesnt seem that way so far.
Now its time to hit brownbay to get some decent beans and make sure.
